How do you make layouts?
It's really too difficult to explain. After a while you just learn by seeing coding over and over again. I learned by making Xanga layouts, and then I realized MySpace layouts weren't much different. If you're really set on learning, I suggest studying coding from generators or other peoples' layouts until you've got the concept down, and once you've got that, jump in and try to make your own. But remember; don't steal other people's hard work. Make them 100% YOU. Originality counts.
How do you make a layout site?
With time, patience and talent. First of all, you have to know what you're doing, and second of all, you have to make sure you're not in over your head. This stuff is challenging if you want to get anywhere, so if you don't have a clue, then you probably shouldn't do it.

Does PhotoShop cost money?
Yes, dears. It costs a pretty penny. But you can get a free trial at Adobe.com. It lasts 30 days and you can try it out and see if you like it. Since CS2 and up cost ALOT, try getting Photoshop Elements. It's about 100 dollars and it's alot easier for beginners. It has most of the basics, and honestly, if you've never used another version, you really won't know what you're missing. (;

The simple answer: Google it. You can find almost ANYTHING on Google. Hence the name. (; But you can also check my tutorials and see what you can find.
Why won't my comment box work?
Don't flip. They're not broken. (; Chances are, you just forgot to put your friend id in. Make sure you put it in where it says "XXXXXXXXX" and NOT "friend id". That's where most people go wrong. If you dont know your friend id, just go to your home page, click view profile, and it's the last numbers at the end of the url. (:
